I have been to many hospitals with my mom and Krista has been the best nurse my mom has ever had. She is so compassionate yet pushed her gently to walk and eat. She brought humor and fun when she came into the room and made Mom and all of us smile. We felt complete confidence in her ability to take care of anything that came up. Then today she added a cherry on top! I am in the waiting room during quiet time and up walks Krista, on her day off, to take a different patient down to the gift shop. The lady had been wanting to go all weekend but it was closed. How often do you find an employee who cares that much about her job? Heck, how often do you find a human being who will go out of their way for someone the way Krista did today?
