Kristen received 10 nominations – with an abundance of gratitude and inspiration for her ability to act under pressure.

Multiple peers and loved ones shared that she recently saved a life.

“A close friend had overdosed, and [Kristen] did not hesitate to spring to action with administrating Narcan and CPR shortly after [this friend] became unresponsive. I have never experienced a person with so much focus and professionalism in a moment where so many emotions and anxieties were high. I believe this is a prime example of the amazing work she has done in class and will continue to do in her nursing career.”

We can safely report that the friend was able to recover from their situation --- as they were among the many who nominated Kristen.
