Kristi is very patient, passionate, and great nurse. My mom was brought to the ER early this morning by the ambulance right before the new shift started. As the day nurse, she came in, shook my mom's and my hand, and introduced herself with a great smile saying, "I'llbe at your service and promise I will do my best to take care of you." She made sure that my mom was comfortable and well taken care of. She did take my concerns about my mom to the doctor a few times and came back to share the most updated news with us again with the great big smile. A few times she came in and held my mom's hand to tell her how much she cares about her. She squeezed my mom's hand to tell her everything will be all right.
