Every day Kristie takes care of my son. I am very appreciative. There is nothing that she does with my son without explaining it to me. She also communicates with my son and treats him like a cognitive human. If she gives my son medication and trach care. If she repositions him in bed or any daily activities, she explains why or the purpose. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes care of my son like family and also tries to make him comfortable and asks him how she can be of assistance to me as well. She encourages me to be positive and hopeful as well. It makes me worry free and positive about my son's healthcare when she is on duty. Thank God for the days that she is working with my son.
