Kristin was nominated by the family of a patient who was at the end of her life. The family spoke to the extra care and compassion that Kristin provided, especially to their young family members who were struggling to understand what was happening and their feelings. The family commended Kristin for going out of her way to not only connect the family with chaplain resources, but she made sure to connect their young family members with literature that met their age group.
