Kristin continually goes above and beyond for our customers. There was one day that a pregnant mother and her 2 children came to Bardmoor Emergency Center. They were not seeking care but had been kicked out of their residence with nowhere to go. Kristin spent hours calling shelters in the area trying to find a place for them to go. She tried the police department for suggestions. Nobody could give her shelter, but some groups did come by with information and some gift cards for food. Kristin also fed them while they were here in the lobby. Kristin was able to get in touch with the social worker for the OB department who found her placement but not until the next day. In the end, Kristin was able to get the woman's friend to let them stay with her for one night until the shelter could take them. The empathy she expressed and time she put into helping this family shows the compassionate and caring heart of Kristin.
