Kristina Dickerson was assisting an elderly couple with directions; the couple was highly frustrated and irritated due to getting wrong information. On her way to lunch, Kristina stopped to assist. She took time to explain and help the couple, her kind words and compassion were heartfelt. She went out of her way by making sure they knew all upcoming appointments and took the couple around and showed them the location of their upcoming appointments. Kristina's kindness truly was appreciated by the couple as she put their needs first. She exemplifies the ICARE Values.
