My mother was in the hospital recently. She had a heart attack with other complications. Kyle went way beyond the "call of duty" for my mother, me, and all my family. He took time with us to explain everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the expected results would be. He is a man full of compassion and you can tell he is called and passionate about his job and calling. If anyone deserves this DAISY Award and any other compensation that can be made it is Kyle. Sadly my mother passed on. She lived a long life and had a history of heart problems. She passed with dignity and in peace because of Kyle and all the staff in MICU. A huge thank you to Kyle and all the staff in MICU.
