Kylee is truly inspiring! I was previously a patient here at SJMC, and then my wife, unfortunately, had to come to the hospital. Again, we were absolutely wowed by the excellence in nursing care. Kylee stood out even amongst her exceptional peers as she approached every interaction with a higher energy level, full of compassion. Kylee just pulls you out of yourself and helps you to meet her at her level of cheerfulness. She truly allowed me to feel like I could actually feel better every time I was in her company. She comes in with a game face and with her facial expressions, mannerisms, and energy, literally makes you feel better.
Now, having our hospital experience, I can tell you that a patient can tell when someone walks into the room and actually cares, or is just doing a job. Kylee is no phony. She is caring to her core, and you can feel the trust. Kylee is one of the best nurses I have ever encountered, and she makes an impact on your healing. I very much want Kylee recognized as the epitome of what a nurse should be, and I hope she knows the difference she makes to all the patients she encounters.
