Lanae Joester shows up every day carrying out the four core values of our ministry. She makes you want to smile and be a better person. She respects every coworker, doctor, and patient. She listens to patients' concerns and worries while they are here, but also gets to know them on a personal level by the time they are discharged. If you are a colleague, she will ask you how your weekend was or how your family is. She makes you feel important as a person! Lanae is a prime example of care and compassion. She truly cares. She is positive, energetic, willing to help and always smiling too! Lanae is a newer nurse but eager to learn. She doesn't turn away from the opportunity to learn something new. She shows up on time and is ready to go. She is great at asking questions and an amazing asset to the surgical team. Lanae is an amazing nurse who cares about her patients' well-being and also the people she works with every day.
