I recently had my fourth and fifth operation and I must say Lashonda, the day nurse is a breath of fresh air. Caring, professional, very attentive, she restored my faith by her actions. She brought order and a very high level of nursing expertise. She performed her job and gave me professional care and insight with regard to my case. I've experienced many different nurses in the last 10 years. I must say I have had some wonderful care and she is in the top 3%. This is the only letter I have ever written. She deserves recognition and I humbly write this letter just so someone will know she is at the very top of her profession with a spirit of excellence.
