Laura had gained a special rapport with a patient and his wife. She stayed with the patient while he was dying, holding his hand and talking with him. She never left his side as his wife was in transit to the hospital.

Later Laura spent time with the patient's wife talking to her, and describing how the patient passed. I could tell this meant a lot to her to know that her husband was not alone, and that he had a peaceful passing.
