Lauren went way beyond "usual" and customary during my recent stay. We had some very difficult delays in treatment and Lauren was always a champion for my cause. I have had my life saved more than once, thanks to the incredible skills and talent of doctors, nurses and support staff. But Lauren is just an exceptional nurse. She kept my spouse and me informed throughout our stay. She researched questions we had and got us answers to help us guide our choices. Even when I was cranky and annoying she showed nothing but kindness, compassion and professional skills. We cannot say enough good things about Lauren. Thank you seems trite considering all that Lauren did for both of us. She is an amazing nurse, but more, she is an incredible patient advocate.
