Lauren Giles is an amazing example of a med/surg RN. She is highly organized, knowledgeable, and engaged with all of her patients. Not only was she able to keep up with her assignment, she did not hesitate to assist any of the patients she had the previous day that called her by her name. She is off to a shining start in her new career.
