Lauren's heart beats compassion! She deals with a lot of high-risk critical patients in the ICU. She never loses her cool. I have worked beside her on many different occasions. She is so genuine, kind, and she always goes above and beyond no matter whom the patient may be. She is such an asset to Eastern Niagara Hospital. She's always very calm and reassuring. She always has a great attitude and works endlessly. The knowledge she has for her patients is unbelievable. All the while she is never short-tempered. She is so genuinely caring! I have seen her in action in the ER as well! If I was a patient, I would want her as my Nurse!
