Lauren is not only a special person; she is an exceptional nurse!
After doing so well, my Mom took a turn for the worse today. All of a sudden she just didn't look right. I went to find Lauren and she was just wonderful. She took charge, recognized it was her heart and immediately handled the situation. She was so poised, efficient and capable. Lauren worked with the doctors on ordering and arranging tests. They placed my mom on a heart monitor took care of getting her adjusted and settled into a new routine.
Lauren was just amazing. She was so knowledgeable andfast contacting the doctors. She even took time to hold my mom's hand, answer her questions and just reassure her. We are so grateful to Lauren for her kindness, caring and consideration.
