We came to 4 Heart after my dad suffered a stroke related to his stage 4 pancreatic cancer; in all honesty, it was an awful stay, but that had nothing to do with the staff at 4 Heart. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, but the person who really stuck out to us was Lauren; she was so patient and attentive not only to my dad but to my whole family as well. She was beyond personable, which was what was needed. She talked about cows with my dad, which I know made his day. The night we were discharged home, we were praying over my dad. She stayed with us while we prayed and showed her support, which meant the world to us. She truly made a difference in our stay and was such a bright light during our darkest days. 4 Heart is so very lucky to have Lauren as a nurse. As I'm sure, she is just as kind, compassionate, and caring with every patient as she was with my dad.
