Leah Buckley was, without exception, the best nurse I've been in the presence of during my thirty years of ministry, serving the people around me. She was a joy to have in the room. Always with a kind word and an explanation for everything she was doing. She not only looked after me but took the time to make sure that my wife and our close friend were taken care of as well.
Leah was a true example of what a nurse should be. Every time Leah entered the room, you could feel that it was from her heart. We never had the feeling that she was doing things because she had to. She was full of life and always had a smile on her face. We were happy that she was in the room with us. Leah Buckley has left a lasting impression on me personally, and I know on my wife and our close friend as well. She was a true example of one called to serve.
