Lee Ann Becker consistently exceeds expectations in all areas of her job. She provides excellence to every single person, staff and patient alike, despite the constant wave of patients that we have been consumed by in the emergency department. She never misses a beat and gives every patient the same energy that she gave at the beginning of her shift. Lee Ann keeps doing her best for each patient. She is an irreplaceable asset to this hospital. Lee Ann always let the pressure of this community and department roll off of her like a duck in water. She just put her head down and worked her butt off for 12 hrs. straight. Not only did she start everyone's work up, but she kept track of everyone's results to ensure patient safety. At the end of this shift, I witnessed her stock everything so that the day shift could start their morning with everything that they would need. I don't know how she does this on a day-to-day basis, but I am truly thankful to have her as a team member. I know no matter what, I can count on her to have everyone's best interest at heart and to give her all. We all work hard, but she truly deserves this recognition.
