My mom was flown into your facility and when I arrived to your ICU, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Not only has your fantastic staff saved my mom's life, you all have given her exceptional care throughout her stay. Lesa was there when I arrived and spent time explaining what had happened and what her current condition was. She spent a lot of time with me, helping me to cope so that I could support my mom. Once my mom woke up, Lesa was there to explain and assist my mom. She is an exceptional nurse and we both received superb care and support. Lesa is someone I will never be able to thank enough. She is an outstanding nurse and human being. All of your staff was excellent, but Lesa made such an impression on us. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, sensitive, and so understanding and smart. We certainly hope we have relayed out heartfelt thanks and that Lesa deserves this recognition.
