Leslie is very professional, has a great attention to detail and has a wonderful sweet demeanor with the patient as well as with the family. While in ICU for a week with my mother, Leslie took great care to check all signs closely and she clearly explained everything to us. She was very diligent in passing information to the nurse coming onto the next shift and she did this transfer of knowledge in the room with the patient so that we were aware and could also provide information if needed. It was very obvious that this is not just a job to Leslie. She cares deeply for her patients and she strives to provide excellent top-notch care. She should go very far in her career.

We were there with my mother the entire time she was in ICU. Leslie was so professional and knowledgeable, yet she showed concern and empathy. She explained what was happening with our mother and answered all questions. She took great care to see that she did everything possible to prevent complications. Leslie conveyed her concerns and how she saw my mother's condition to the incoming nurse. When a family member is in ICU, it gives such a sense of confidence in the caregivers when they conduct themselves as Leslie did. She is intelligent and caring. That's the perfect combination for a great nurse!
