Lilia is a Medical Surgical Nurse Manager who has overcome personal challenges and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in her unit. She is always attentive to the needs of her patients and staff, and strives to create a caring culture that values quality, safety, ethics, and teamwork.
Lilia has inspired her staff to pursue professional development and certification in their specialty. She has also fostered a high level of engagement and collaboration among her team members, who are willing to help each other and take on new challenges. Lilia is actively involved in quality improvement initiatives, such as enhancing patient mobility and satisfaction.
