Linda and I recently worked together with a patient with complex medical issues and needs. Linda had invested so much time, effort, and care, to encourage this patient's success. She helped secure a custom ostomy bag which considerably improved the patient's quality of life. She took time to patiently teach this patient how to self-administer a medication that the patient was previously afraid and averse to trying. She sat through countless meetings to help craft a plan that would allow this patient to have the quality of life that she wanted and deserved. Linda was genuinely excited about the patient's success the whole way!

Linda restored a patient's ability to venture outside her home by helping her find a custom fitted ostomy collection system that was specifically suited to her stoma. It ensured proper sizing, skin protection, and freedom from embarrassing leaks that were confining her to her home. The patient called her new medical collection device and pouching system "life-changing". Linda worked tirelessly with this patient throughout multiple hospitalizations. She developed a strong and trusting bond with her each time she was admitted to the hospital.
