Linda has been so kind and compassionate in our mother's end of life care. She has gently and carefully tended to her every need, including finding a way to play soft, relaxing music for her and our family over the computer. Linda takes the time to place her rosary beside our mother on her pillow, gently laying it so it is close to her with the cross touching her shoulder. My mother was also given a stuffed animal gift, which she carefully places on the other side of her pillow.
Linda has made this difficult and emotional process easier for our family. She has explained what she is doing, both to us and our mother and the reason why. Linda lets us know what we can expect as she nears the end of her life and what the signs are along the way. This was so comforting to understand what was happening and what to expect.
It is clear that Linda has a lot of experience, but the way she treats our mother and us is exceptional. We can feel her caring and compassion, which gives us comfort as we take this final journey with our mother. Our mother could not be in better hands in her transition from earthly to eternal life.
All of your nursing staff are excellent, but Linda has gone above and beyond to allow our mother's wishes to be realized, which is to die with dignity.
