For Linda Jolly

Linda worked all day on a transfer to the behavioral health unit. She was having a difficult time related to the medical needs of the patient but she was kind and patient in coordinating the care. She made numerous phone calls to outside facilities, infectious disease doctors, infectious disease nurses, the unit director, and many other doctors. Linda was looking out for the patient's welfare and continued to show a positive attitude throughout the day. Linda showed excellent collaboration with all the members of the patient's care team.

For Erica Diethorn

We had a difficult patient to transfer to the psychiatric unit. The patient had many difficult medical issues but Erica was patient and kind with all the staff in dealing with the transfer. Erica never appeared frustrated and kept plugging along. The coordination of care was very tiring but worthwhile when the transfer worked out. Erica is someone who truly cares for our patients.
