Overall, the care I received at Kaiser Permanente Antioch- Emergency Room Department was excellent. They exceeded every expectation. After my shoulder was placed back, repeat X-rays were completed, the prescription was sent to the pharmacy, and discharge papers were in hand, sweet Linda came over and checked on me! She said she had been keeping an eye on my progress and was thrilled I was back to feeling better. How much better can it get than that? Someone who really cares about providing an excellent patient-centered focus. Linda made sure that I was going to leave the hospital safely. I had one dose of morphine, and Linda took great care to ensure I wasn’t going to drive and would be picked up. She kept an eye on me, and I felt so special during a not-so-pleasant pain. I am absolutely grateful for the professionalism of the staff. They truly do care about patients. They go above and beyond their call of duty!
