My dad was hospitalized for over a week and was attended to multiple times by Lindsey. She quickly became our favorite for many reasons;
1. She was incredibly compassionate. When my dad's medical condition deteriorated and required daily dialysis she understood the frustration.
2. She has the patience of a saint. Not only did my dad have questions about renal care, but his family also did as well. She explained things in layman's terms and was very reassuring.
3. She is responsive and knowledgeable requests were attended to promptly and every follow up was addressed.
