Lisa Beasley is an unsung treasure at Broward Health Imperial Point and it has been an honor of working under her supervision on the floor, when she is Charge Nurse, or alongside her at other times.

A completely dedicated nurse. She provides unselfish care to her patients-care that is completely about the patient, sometimes at her own expense. Never one to be flashy or make large vocal statement pushes herself to fulfill the patient needs before considering herself and, when need appears to warrant it, even skipping breaks or lunch. To provide the best care possible is her mantra.

She is an outstanding team leader and player. Instantly, she made me welcome on the floor and familiar with the floors. On one occasion, she assisted transporting a patient to the ICU- helping me set up the portable monitor, oxygen and actually pushing the bed alongside me- In unit I had never been before. I have witnessed her completing other nurses' tasks when time was short because it was in the interest of providing the best care to the patient.

She is an excellent teacher- unselfishly sharing her vast nursing experience with both the staff and the patient. I have frequently heard her explain difficult nursing concepts.
