We brought our mother to the ER. Lisa came in and was so kind and caring toward our 94 year old mother and immediately established a rapport with her. Lisa was quite concerned with our mother's condition and what we as children were experiencing also. Lisa escorted our mother to 2 south. On another occasion, our brother came into the ER and once again there was Lisa who inquired about our mother. Lisa took care of our brother with kindness and caring as she did for our mother. Another time, we needed to take my daughter to the ER and again Lisa appeared with her sweet caring way. Lisa shared with us a special memory of mom.
