Lisa recently joined the GI, Cathlab, EKG, and Echo family and has already made a tremendous impact. She inherited these departments that had been without a manager for few years, which brought significant challenges. Despite this, Lisa has displayed exceptional leadership, fairness, and inclusivity in her management style, fostering a sense of transparency and trust among her staff.

What sets Lisa apart is her hands-on approach to management. She not only leads effectively but also steps in when her team needs her most. There have been several instances where Lisa has scrubbed in to assist during staffing shortages or Nurse callouts. Her willingness to get involved directly and support her team is a testament to her dedication to patient care and staff well-being.

Lisa’s positive influence can be felt throughout all four departments. She has created a culture of respect, collaboration, and support, which has been instrumental in improving the morale and performance of the teams. Her efforts have ensured that the Cath lab, GI, Echo, and EKG departments continue to provide the highest quality care, even in the face of staffing challenges.
