There is not just one example of the outstanding service that Lisa Deere provides to our Case Management team, but every single issue that arises, she works diligently to find the best solution to make CM workflow more efficient and meet the needs of her customers. Lisa is always positive and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable in her role and is a true asset to AHS and Case Management/Clin Doc across the enterprise. She provides clear communication and direction when we are working on any issue from a ticket by CM to continuous improvement requests. I know that Lisa always has a smile on her face even though all interactions are primarily phone or Webex. Lisa knows how to deliver outstanding customer service in every aspect of the position.
Lisa Deere worked tirelessly to implement the sepsis predictive analytics functionality in Epic. She provided meaningful data and guided the team to make educated design decisions during the project. Lisa has a calm demeanor and keeps the groups she leads on track. The work that has been done on this project will save lives.
