Just wanted to give major kudos to Lisa. We had an obstetric emergency and Lisa was a shining star! She knew what needed to be done in a timely manner and assisted in getting them done. I don't know if the outcome would've been the same if we had other nurses present at that moment. Her OB RN partner has nothing but heartfelt thankful praises of Lisa's instinctual knowledge, teamwork, and experience that lead her to assist and ultimately save a mother's life this week. This mom and baby are going home together today! We rarely hear of the good things nurses do, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank your agency and most importantly, Lisa, for doing what we do as nurses!
