I came into OB triage for an NST thinking we would just evaluate my baby and then I would go home but instead we ended up being told we needed to have an emergency C-section at only 35 weeks. Lisa helped make a scary situation better. She was with me the whole time including in recovery. I sent my husband with our daughter to the NICU and I was thankful that she was with me so I wasn't left alone since I was still a little shocked at everything that had happened so quickly. My husband didn't bring a phone or camera to take pictures during the C-section because of how fast everything happened but Lisa was quick to offer her phone so we could have memories of the very special moment our daughter was born. She even took pictures for us and then emailed us all of the pictures she took. I'm so thankful that Lisa was working that night because she truly helped me through the scariest day of my life and I could never thank her enough!
