I was admitted for a bad infection on my ankle that I had tried for a month to heal myself with no avail. The wound had become so scary and out of control and one of the most painful things I had ever experienced, and then came Liza who not only soothed it and dressed it but took the time to show me the error in my ways. She taught me how to take care of it so I was confident to be able to do it at home. She taught me the principles needed to heal it and I am so lucky she was my wound care nurse. I feel so much better.
