Loni is an amazing manager who is always happy to help and goes above and beyond while leading our team. She goes above and beyond for not only her employees but the patients. She is always knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatments and patients and is always available and responsive for us when needed, even on her days off. She creates an environment where attributes of trust, mutual respect, compassion, continued professional development, and ethical behavior are supported and modeled. She is dedicated to her work for all the right reasons. I couldn't ask for a better manager, and I hope to be half the nurse Loni has grown to be throughout my nursing career.

Loni is one of if not the best managers I've ever worked with. She is so approachable, so helpful, and full of knowledge. I have learned so much since joining Team 1. She is always expressing her gratitude towards her staff. This would be a great way for her staff to show our gratitude for her.
