Lore spent a lot of time with me in the room, and I remember that we talked a lot while I was bathing; I learned about her family, and I became very fond of her because we connected in an inexplicable way.

I am a survivor of COVID. In 2021 I entered the hospital for the first time, I thought I would be in a normal room because I had never been hospitalized before, I had only had to accompany family members, but on this occasion, I was the serious one, it lasted three weeks in a restricted area. Honestly, without knowing anything about me, the truth is I don't remember anything about those weeks. It is said that I was seriously ill, and I think I put the medical team to work too hard. When I was in intensive care, I was in the care of the special unit. It would be a lie if I said I remembered any names from that area because there are several faces that come to mind, and important part of my story is Lorena Georgina Albores. Lore spent a lot of time with me in the room, and I remember that we talked a lot while I was bathing; I learned about her family, and I became very fond of her because we connected in an inexplicable way. I remember that after a complication that made me return to the ICU, she visited me at some point and I remember the words she told me: "WE ARE ALL WAITING FOR YOU ON THE FLOOR, look forward to it!!" I will never forget it. What that meant to me, in addition to being on the lookout and visiting my room when I could! I especially carry her in my heart because they always did things that made me smile so I spent the day more relaxed and managed to feel at home. I fall short in my count of the moments and with the few names that this mind remembers, I truly say daily THANK GOD for life, but above all for the GREAT EFFORT that your work requires. Infinite Thank you for so much patience, wisdom, compassionate care, and your profession; God Bless You Always!!!
