Lorissa was the most compassionate nurse. She did not treat my mother as a patient; she treated her like a human being. She was caring and compassionate and listened to my mom talk about her life. She took the time to give my mom a bed bath and rubbed her back down with lotion. That meant so much to my mom, and no words can express how good that made my brother and me feel. She was great. She went above and beyond!
