We have never seen a nurse so completely perfect for his job with the heart and skills to match. His efficiency and skill set was impressive! He took time to explain every nuance of dad's clinical care, which was reassuring during a confusing and stressful time.

Lucas's personality is a magnet for patient responsiveness and cooperation. His connection with the patient was carefully nurtured and engendered trust and confidence.
