I am 63 and never had any real health issues. I was going to get some plastic surgery and found out I had a heart issue. The procedure I was getting was to see if I needed a stent put in my heart. The 3 weeks leading up to the procedure were some of the most stressful and emotional times for me, but as soon as Lucy arrived, I felt different. Safe. Okay. There is something special about her energy that made me feel at peace, calm, and just okay. I hadn’t felt that way since I got the bad EKG results. She was busy with others but made sure to put her energy my way as I waited to go into the procedure. Her words of encouragement and just her way were unexpected and just plain beautiful. She made this experience positive, and it helped keep me calm. My results ended up being better than I could have hoped for, and I will never forget Lucy. I am so happy others will get to experience her. She is a real rock star!

Lucy was kind, patient and understanding while my sister was there undergoing a procedure. She and K were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Lucy’s positive attitude was a big help to my sister in getting through this scary process. Lucy was always close by and anticipated the needs of my sister. The personal care she provided was outstanding. We were very lucky to have such a compassionate and caring nurse.
