Lucille keeps a smile on her face and an amazing attitude toward her patients all the time. Even while having extra things to do Lucille never lets it show. Lucille is caring and compassionate and demonstrates every quality you could ever want in a nurse everyday no matter what the situation. Lucille is very focused on patient care and ensuring the patient is comfortable and progressing toward going home.

Lucille is a wonderful nurse who has grown very much in the time I have been able to work with her. We joke with Lucille that we won't allow her to work on the unit because every time she does, something crazy happens. Despite all craziness that sometimes surrounds Lucille; she always has a smile on her face, and is willing to help out her peers if needed. Lucille has recently stepped into a new role and has done so with great ease. Lucille treats all patients, peers, and family members with dignity and respect. Lucille is a positive role model for newer nurses and her documentation is outstanding.
