Luis was amazing! My fiancé came in with horrible pain. Typically, my fiancé has bad veins, and they roll. We truly appreciate Luis for being considerate, observant, and kind. Opposed to fishing for a vein, Luis used what is obviously a well-trained skill set to find a vein on his first goal! Typically, his experience with IVs has been unfavorable.
