Luo is an angel. She literally saved my "healthy" one day old son's life. She noticed labored breathing in our baby boy. Just to be extra cautious, she checked his file for oxygen saturation levels only to realize he had not yet been tested. She brought him back to the nursery where they discovered low oxygen levels, no pulses to his lower extremities, and a large VSD. They immediately administered a lifesaving drug to open his PDA and rushed him via ambulance to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital where he had open heart surgery for an interrupted aorta and VSD one week later.

We are so grateful for sweet Luo and her extraordinary care for our little boy. Because of her diligence, wisdom, quick action and love, we were able to discover his heart defects early and have the necessary surgeries to save his precious life. He is our miracle baby and God used Luo in MIGHTY ways to preserve his life. Luo holds a special place in our hearts and we will be forever grateful to her for the amazing love and care she showed our family. She is a truly remarkable woman and nurse, and we are so very thankful for her!
