I had received recommendations to request Lynda, from friends who had delivered at the hospital previously, because of how great her care and guidance was. Although she was not scheduled to work during days that I was there, a message got to her that I had requested her as my nurse and she went above and beyond by picking up an extra shift during her day off to come in and take care of us. Lynda really took the time to teach and guide me in all baby care basics and gave us extremely useful pointers throughout the lessons. Not only did she go over all the necessary steps, she did so in a way that was entertaining as well as educational. She was also very willing to answer all of my many questions. In addition, when I was having issues getting my baby to latch on during breastfeeding sessions, she watched and gave me extremely useful advice on different positions that would be more comfortable and would give the best latch. More importantly, she gave me the confidence that I needed to help me transition into motherhood and for that I am extremely grateful.

Lynda was amazing. She took the time to give us a step-by-step instruction on how to change a diaper, clean his circumcision wounds, etc. She also took the time to help recommend a pediatrician for us.
