Lynette is always ready and willing to help when she comes to float with our department. Lynette is always checking in on staff to see if they need anything or if there is anything else, she could be doing. Lynette's years and experience not only through SSM Health in general but in our department have been beneficial as she knows all the needs of the providers and it helps to run more smoothly. Lynette also is such a caring person with her coworkers and patients!

Lynette is always lending a helping hand and is always willing to help teach someone. Just by being in our department and knowing the needs of providers and their patients she provides exceptional care. Lynette also shows this by showing up and staying until the job is done.

Lynette always makes sure things are done safely and effectively, whether a patient needs vaccines, EKGs, etc. 

Lynette has implemented the mission within SSM by being a passionate and caring worker with everyone around her. Lynette also serves her community in the same way and is a caring and kind person.

Lynette has dedicated 30+ years to SSM Health and with all the challenges that come up in the health field, she has not let that bring her down. Lynette is compassionate and professional to her patients. Anytime I needed help when I was starting out and Lynette was in our department she was there willing to take the time to make sure I understood the task at hand. She is very good at being flexible with each department and site she works for. Lynette always gets amazing compliments from her patients.
