Lynn was on duty the day my father was admitted and then for several days before he was discharged. She was more than patient in responding to my father's needs. It was clear that she was juggling several situations at once, yet never did we feel ignored or neglected. As care transitioned from curative to comfort to hospice-bound, she contacted all of the right people to make a crucial transfer run smoothly. She even managed to make sure Dad got a shave. She is a superb, highly knowledgeable, and professional nurse!

Lynn helped us find our way between specialists and the hospitalists (because she was aware of all decisions and observations along the way) and knew exactly whom to call to get answers to our questions. Her compassion for our father and family was evident in her tears as she helped us see clearly through some rough end-of-life decisions. As she and M gave a report in the evening, she patiently guided M through what was appropriate to share with the next shift.

Lynn is someone I'd probably run up to and hug if I saw her on the street! I and my siblings continually commented on the superb care dad received. Thank you to Lynn and all!
