Lynn is a terrific nurse. Her baseline care is exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond and does the little things to treat her patients with compassion and respect. She shaves her patients, washes their hair, and treats them with humanity in addition to providing clinically excellent, smart, efficient care. She is happy to jump in and help her peers at any time, often without being asked. It is a joy to work with her for helpful nature as well as the snarky humor that she brings to the day!
Lynn's care provides an excellent example for our young, newer nurses showing them that this is the expectation in CVICU. Excellence is achieved by paying attention to details. She always treats her patients with expertise, patience, and compassion. Lynn has been at Emory Saint Joseph's for many years. Her experience brings clinical excellence, her personality brings care and compassion, and her humor brings comic relief on stressful days.
