Lynne Brady came into the OR with me to assist and be an extra pair of hands in what was supposed to be an easy and quick procedure. In those 90 minutes, Lynne was respectful of the patient’s wishes to not have pain medication/anesthesia during the procedure. She held the patient’s hand, was compassionate and helped to reassure her during the pain. I don’t know how the patient would have tolerated the procedure without her. I was grateful to have her there with me. The excellent care she showed is what JMC is all about.
