Madelyn was always willing to slow down and explain, learn, and grow with me throughout my internship. She also shows wonderful care to her patients day in and day out. She is always asking coworkers how she can help or what she can do for them. She is an asset to the OB department!

I can not speak highly enough of Madelyn Baril!! She took care of me during my last delivery in January on our OB unit. She is kind, thoughtful, hardworking, knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely excited to do her job. What a fantastic nurse! Madelyn is wonderful! The MOST powerful thing she did for me while I was a patient was to go over my delivery in detail and acknowledge that parts of it were traumatizing. This was the most compassionate thing a nurse could do after a hard situation, and I've never seen that type of care in all my (5) pregnancies. I just can't tell you how much her care affected me, even almost a year later.
