Madelynn was my son’s nurse multiple times during his stay in the NICU. Every single time we worked with Madelynn, her joy and kindness helped us stay positive during a tough time, to say the least. She was always there to help my son with anything he needed while being positive and encouraging to us the entire time. Madelynn went above and beyond to help us with all the things we needed to learn as new parents.

Madelynn also helped me when I really needed it. While I was feeding my son I got cold and shaky. It happened so quickly. I thought it was just hormones and that I was fine, but Madelynn disagreed. She encouraged me to go to seek treatment. My fever rose quickly, and they brought me back and admitted me right away. My C-section incision was very infected, and I was in terrible pain and septic. If it hadn’t been for Madelynn and my husband, I know I would not be here today to take care of my new son. I truly can’t thank Madelynn enough for helping save my life.
