Mahmoud was friendly, good-humoured, and efficient. I had been anxious about today as never really had anything wrong with me before. He was considerate, reassuring and made the whole thing easy and relaxing.

My time here was a bit of a frantic week as I arrived for a simple procedure and stayed for a major heart surgery. All the staff were amazing but I have to shout out Mahmoud who looked after me during my last few days here. He looked after me with utmost care and guided me through what was a tough experience sensing I was nervous, he took the time to reassure me all the way. Thank you, Mahmoud. Today I get to go home and see my children. All the best, take care. P.s. he was also checking in on me when he didn’t have to which I very much appreciated. This is why we have and need to support our nurses.

Made me feel very welcome and showed a positive and friendly attitude from admission to leaving the hospital. Answered all my questions and I felt secure all the time. Professional during my whole stay.
